Meet Your Holistic Chiropractor in Missoula, MT

Step inside the primal circle

Where ancient wisdom meets modern healing.

Holistic chiropractic care—rooted in biology, guided by intuition, and personalized to your nervous system.

Hey, Mama …

… Or maybe you're the high-achiever. Or the over-giver. The tired one. The one who's tried it all and still doesn't feel like yourself. We see you.

And we've built something different for you—care that evaluates your whole system, honors your rhythms, and supports you as you walk the road of healing and transformation.

Whether you're navigating motherhood, burnout, mystery symptoms, or just know in your bones there's more to life than just "getting by" you belong here.

You've been the rock. Now it's your turn to recharge.

You're not broken. You're not overreacting. And you don't need another supplement shelf or a "one-size-fits-all" fix.

At Primal Practice, we specialize in helping women—especially mothers and caregivers—tune back into the wisdom of their bodies and reclaim what's been drained by hustle culture, hormonal shifts, and wellness noise.

We don't do bandaids. We don't do fear-based health care. We walk with you—clearly, gently, and powerfully—toward better energy, more ease, and a way of being that finally feels like you again.

We're not trying to fix you—we're here to partner with you, tune into what your body's been trying to say all along, and map a path forward together.

When she's not working with growing families, you'll find Dr. Eleni embracing Montana's wild beauty—on horseback, hiking trails, bikes, or near water.

“Every person should be empowered to live their healthiest, happiest life.”
